288TH DIRECTORS` MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (DMC) MEETING @ CSIR-OPRI

The 288th Directors` Management Committee (DMC) meeting was held at CSIR-OPRI from Wednesday 12th– Thursday 13th August, 2026. The meeting which was held at the Institute`s Conference Hall was also marked by Staff Durbar at the forecourt of the Administration block where the Director-General (D-G) and the other Directors interacted with Staff of the Institute. 

The Staff Durbar was characterized by activities such as security parade inspection performed by the Institute`s security personnel; choreography, poetry recitals, Adowa and Borborbor dance by CSIR-OPRI basic school pupils. There were also goodwill messages from organized groups such as Research Scientists Association (RSA), CSIR Administrators` Association of Ghana (CAAG), Senior Staff Association (SSA) and Trade Union Congress (TUC). These activities added more colours to the beauty of the DMC.
